IDHA invites you to attend the 2022 IDHA Annual Conference at a new, exciting venue!

About this event

Dear Annual Conference Attendees, 

It is with pleasure that I invite you to the Indiana Dental Hygienists’ Association’s 76th Annual Conference. We are excited to present a two-day conference once again, but this year at an all new location and venue at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana on Friday and Saturday, November 11-12, 2022. 

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that has changed the world and the face of dentistry, the IDHA is committed to this year’s theme of “Be the Change.” In keeping with this theme, you are able to receive not one, but two full certifications (if you choose) in the topics of Nitrous Oxide and Laser Usage. You will also get the opportunity to attend a variety of other courses such as Cultural Competencies and TMJ, Sleep, and Myofunctional Therapy.

Additionally, we will hold the annual General Assembly meeting. Your presence, your voice on how your leaders lead, who will be elected into office, and your vote on proposed bylaws and policy changes are needed to conduct the business of this association. New leaders will be elected and installed at the conclusion of the General Assembly.

Please join your colleagues for networking and comradery, continuing education courses, meeting with new vendors at the exhibit hall, and don’t forget to register for the ever popular President’s Reception!

FAQs

Q. What's the IDHA refund policy?

Members/Attendees must submit cancellation notices and refund requests at least 30 days in advance of the Annual Conference. These requests are to be submitted in writing (email or mail only) to the IDHA Executive Director at IDHACentralOff@gmail.com or 315 East Utica #556 Sellersburg, IN 47172.  A $75 administrative fee will be applied to any refund request for the full conference registration fee. A $25 administrative fee will be applied to any refund request for student or single-day registration fees. The President’s Reception is not eligible for a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed. Refunds for extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Q. Can I register online up to the day of the conference?

No. Early-Bird and Main Registrations can be processed via mail, email, or online up through November 4. As of November 5, all registrations will be considered on-site, will require payment of the on-site fee, and must be completed at the conference. Meals are not guaranteed after November 4th.

Q. Where can I find more information on the conference?

A. The 2022 IDHA Annual Conference Registration Brochure can be found on the IDHA Website Please review or print a copy to see the conference schedule, information on Continuing Education courses, and more!

Q. Can I update my registration information?

A. Yes, You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to the organizer's questions) by clicking your order on the Tickets page. If you don't see an "Edit" link after selecting your order, the event organizer has disabled attendees' ability to change order information. Here, you can send a message to the organizer by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of the event listing.
