In order to pick up your toys you must have the following:

Group A:

  • Current Lease (with Self & Children Listed)
  • Valid ID/DL (w/ matching address)
  • Birth Certificates for all children

Group B:

  • Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, etc.) *Must be within 30 Days*
  • SNAP/TANF/SS/Medicaid/Free or Reduced Lunch Award *Must be within 90 Days*
  • Valid ID/DL (w/ matching address)
  • Birth Certificates for all children

Group C:

  • SNAP/TANF/SS/Medicaid/Free or Reduced Lunch Award Letter *Must be within 90 Days*
  • Valid ID/DL (w/ matching address)
  • Birth Certificates for all children

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

FAQs:

When registering, do I select # of tickets based on #of children?

  • No, when selecting your time slot, please do not select the ticket number based on the number of children you have, that causes all the slots to fill up more rapidly and someone that needs that time is not able to select PLEASE ONLY SELECT THE NUMBER 1.

Are children allowed to come during the shopping visit?

  • We prefer that you do not bring your children due to the limited space of the shopping area. However, we know that sometimes their parents do not have any other options. Children will not be allowed in the shopping area. If you have to bring your children, please bring another adult so they are NOT LEFT UNATTENDED.

Do you only service Arlington, TX?

  • No. We are serving ALL zip codes. As long as the proper documentation is provided you may shop for your children.

What are your hours of operation?

  • Thursday - Saturday (December 15-17)
  • 9 AM - 12 Noon: Open
  • 12 Noon - 2 PM: Closed for Lunch
  • 2 PM - 5 PM: Open
  • You must come during your SELECTED appointment date and time to shop.

Are there any ID or minimum age requirements needed to enter the event?

  • You must have your ID to shop for your gifts. We are providing toys for children 0-12 years old. We DO accept passports as long as they are valid.

What documentation is needed to participate in the event?

Group A:

Can I email documents to you to print out?

  • No. Please be sure to bring the required documentation (PRINTED COPIES), and have everything ready so we can get you through quicker. We will not accept emailed documents, nor will we print them off. We unfortunately will not be able to serve you if you do not have all of the information! If you need copies of any of your benefits info, visit yourtexasbenefits.com. You can also go visit your local Health & Human Services offices to get these printed off if you don't have access to a printer. Again, we will not be accepting emailed documents, and we will not be printing them off.

What if my address on my ID doesn't match my lease or utility bill?

  • Residency address must match ID address. If not, a second form of ID must be present (utility bill, notarized letter stating that you and your children live with the lease holder, etc.)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

  • No

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

  • No, the name(s) on the ticket MUST match with your ID.
