About this event
This workshop is open to all levels of artists. All necessary tools will be supplied. Amanda will be teaching a one-day class (approximately eight hours) on the process of carving the inside and outside of the bowl. This class is being held on September 17 from 10 AM to 6 PM at Stephen Hargash’s studio at 568 S. Main Street in Frankenmuth. For those not able to complete the carving, your piece may be finished at home. Amanda will return on Saturday, September 24 to teach the process of gating, venting and banding the bowl. The mold will be poured at Saturday night’s iron pour and available for pick-up on Sunday at noon.
