About this event
This year, the Spring Symposium of the Canada Section of ECS will be held (in-person) in honour of Prof. Viola Birss’ contributions to the field of Electrochemistry.
The Symposium is scheduled for Sunday, June 12, to be held on the campus of the University of Calgary. This is the day before the Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (also being held in Calgary).
The symposium will feature presentations from Canadian and International researchers, with confirmed Invited Speakers including:
- Dr. David Wilkinson, Professor, University of British Columbia
- Dr. Anne Co, Professor, Ohio State University
- Dr. Paul Addo, President/CEO SeeO2 Energy
- Dr. Marwa Atwa, Postdoctoral Researcher, Stanford University
- Dr. Dustin Banham, Chief Technology Officer, Guangdong TaiJi Power, China
Details on registration and abstract submission will be released soon and will be communicated by email and posted on the ECS Canadian Section website (electrochem.ca).
