About this event
The BNP is excited to announce that the 2022 D&I Symposium will be held on Thursday, June 16th. This unique event delivers the ongoing learning necessary in the D&I realm in an easily digestible one-day format that is filled with inspirational discussions and non-stop knowledge.
This 5th Annual event is an exclusive opportunity to learn from the industry’s best. Our Keynote speaker will be Melissa Donaldson, Chief Diversity Officer, Wintrust Community Bank. We've brought Melissa back by popular demand as her 2021 main stage presentation "Building an Inclusive Culture with Intention" was rated #1 by last year's attendees. (Take a quick look at part of Melissa's 2021 presentation here.) Melissa was just selected to Diversity Women Elite 100 list. Melissa is just one of an impressive lineup of industry-leading professionals who'll be leading the discussions about DE&I at Work.
