It got pushed back a year, but the 25th Anniversary of the CNY Brewfest is here!!

We are back this year with our usual two sessions on Saturday. Session One will run from 1-4 PM and Session Two will be 6-9PM. Each session is limited this year to 1200 people. Session tickets will remain at 2020 prices, $50 for a Session Ticket.

There is an early entry option again this year limited to 300 people per session. These also remain at 2020 prices, $20 for the Early Entry add-on.

*****We will absorb Eventbrite fees ($4.75) on all tickets purchased before Christmas. The buyer will be responsible for fees on all tickets purchased after Christmas.

FRIDAY APRIL 1ST

Back by popular demand!! We will be hosting a VIP Party Friday April 1st from 6-9PM. This session is limited to just 300 people. A much more intimate vibe than the Saturday sessions with a smaller number of breweries pouring. However, as those of you that attended our 1st Friday VIP session in 2020, this party is a blast with some kick ass beers and awesome company. This session will not have the full variety of what Saturday's sessions offer, instead it will feature a select list of around 30 unique and hard to find beers. You’ll have an opportunity to meet and chat with some of the great brewery friends we have made over the years. As with the Saturday session tickets, VIP tickets will remain at 2020 prices at $50 per ticket.

COVID POLICY

We are following current Federal, NYS, and Onondaga County guidance in regards to Covid Guidelines. As of right now, there is no mandate for masking at the festival, nor is there any vaccine requirement. If this changes at all before the event, refunds will be offered to those that would like one.

Please use your own personal judgement when deciding if you'd like to attend this event. If you are not comfortable at an event where there may be unvaccinated and/or un-masked attendees, please do not attend. Regardless of the governors directives, If you would like to wear a mask, feel free to do so.

Refunds

It is difficult to plan an event of any size in our current world. We do not know what will happen in the coming months leading up to this event. If Federal, State, or County mandates change and we are not able to hold this event, we will refund the cost of the ticket and any taxes paid as well as the Eventbrite fees.

If we need to change the date, time, and/or location of the event, we will offer refunds to those who would like one. Likewise, if there is a vaccine requirement put in place, we will offer refunds to anyone who would like one. In these cases, we will refund the ticket cost and any taxes paid but we cannot refund the Eventbrite fees unfortunately.

In all cases above, you will also be given the option of using your ticket for the next Festival. This would save you having to forfeit the Eventbrite fees.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS (or exchanges) OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED ABOVE

General Details

• Tickets are session specific- Your ticket is only good for the session you purchased. Please be aware of this when you are purchasing your tickets, whether you do so online or in person as there are no refunds or exchanges.

• Each session will be limited to 1,200 people- We are further limiting each session this year to allow enough room for everyone to move around comfortably and for us to plan for a set amount of people at each session. Keeping this in mind, if we reach this number in a session, no tickets (or a limited number of tickets) will be available at the gate.

• Designated Driver Option- This year we will offer a designated driver ticket for $20. These tickets will ONLY be available at the gate. While we have tried other options in the past, none of them have seemed to work out despite our best intentions.

FAQs

What beers are being poured? We will announce specific beers when we get confirmation from participating breweries.

Does the ticket price include beer or does that cost extra? Your ticket price includes all beer samples. No beer has to be paid for at the festival.

I have a Golden Ticket. What can I use that for? The Golden Ticket will get you in Session One OR Session Two at regular time (1:00 or 6:00).You may purchase an Early Entry Add On Ticket if you'd like to enter early for your desired session.

Are there refunds? All sales are final, no refunds are allowed.

Where do I park? Parking is on-site at the fairgrounds and is free. The fairgrounds and their employees control the parking and will direct you where to park for the festival. Depending on what other events are going on at the same time, there may be a line to enter and parking may be a bit of a walk. Please let the attendants know you are there for the brewfest to assure the closest parking possible.

Are children allowed? No children or infants are allowed. All patrons must be 21+.

Can I bring my pet? Only registered service animals are permitted.

Is food included? Food will be available for purchase at the event.

Will there be a coat check? Yes, we will have a coat check at the event.
