Resilient and Ready Panel Discussion – Gain industry knowledge and practical lessons to “mind your own business.” A moderated discussion by Dr. Cynthia Johnson, Director of Pinellas County Economic Development and leading expert in Supplier Diversity, Business Continuity and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Learn best practices to maintaining a healthy work, life and family balance from five local women and minority business bosses.

Panelists: Jerida Lane of Boss Lady Fuel, Tiffany Moore of Moore Eventful, LLC, Dee Clemons of Painting with a Twist, Renee Edwards of the Saturday Morning Shoppe and Andrea Green of the Honey Wallet.

Presentation: Andrea Evans-Dixon – Living with Intention - Beauty Director, Author, Business Coach, CEO and Owner of Elites Beyond Measure, Inc. will take us on a journey to living well and with intention.

The Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was chartered on December 15, 1955 and quickly became an active organization within the community. As a result of years of dedication on behalf of its members, the chapter experienced growth and an increase in the services and programs. The Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter has donated over half a million dollars to the community through charitable donations, service projects, and educational scholarships. Strong leadership and an active membership historically have continued to foster the success of the chapters’ programs and activities.

The Youth Development Foundation of Pinellas County, Inc. (YDF) was founded in 1998 by the ladies of Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. to enhance their legacy of service to the community and is a designated 501c (3) organization. The mission of YDF is to the enhance the quality of life for targeted youth and families in Pinellas County, by securing funds to provide program activities and services, which focus on education and scholarships, health, the arts, the family unit and foster economic and community development within our community. YDF serves as a catalyst for positive learning and youth development and strives to meet the growing needs of thousands of youth and families throughout Pinellas County.
