2022 Annual Clan Lab Recertification Training - GALLATIN

Requirements to obtain this year’s annual training certificate and ID card:

1. Attend one session of recert training

a. You will complete the fit test and written test at the training

2. Complete OSHA required medical monitoring and bring a copy of the signed medical form to your training session or email a copy to niki.crawford@tn.gov.

3. When all the above items are completed, you will receive your training certificate and ID card

Items of note:

• Bring your medical form, APR for fit testing, and your Level A suits for pressure testing

• Clan lab certified personnel MUST attend training annually, per OSHA requirements, if they want to remain certified and respond to clandestine drug labs.
