10 Point Checklist - VIRTUAL GUESTS

1. Virtual Attendees will logon in to ZOOM using the Meeting ID that will be sent from YGB Awards email ygbawards@gmail.com to your registered email address.
2. This email is scheduled to be sent out on the morning of Feb 24, 2021 @ 8:00AM.
3. Please check your junk mail if you have not received the email. Please call 347.559.4YGB (4942) or email ygbawards@gmail.com if you have any issues.
4. Once logged into ZOOM, guests must their correct name printed on the registration ticket
5. Honorees & Guests will be placed in a waiting room and are admitted into the Virtual Live session based on your registration ticket type
6. If guests do not provide their correct registered name, those guests will remain in the waiting room
7. Honorees & VIP Guests Are Admitted at 5:00PM - 6:30PM: HONOREE / Virtual VIP All-Inclusive Ticket. Can participate in the Virtual Networking Breakout rooms (VIP Virtual Networking Reception & Photos with Honorees & Celebrity Guests, Specialty VIP Swag Bag)
