About this event

What is Winter Lightfest?

United Way of Abilene is pleased to bring back Winter Lightfest presented by Christmas Decor and sponsored by the Dian Graves Owen Foundation to Abilene this holiday season! The Winter Lightfest trail is a 3/4 mile walking trail with iconic displays and breathtaking light features. Located at 2250 EN 10th, Winter Lightfest is just south of 1-20 (exit 290) off loop 322. Bundle up and enjoy the beautiful nature as you stroll through the tree-lined paths lit with thousands of twinkling lights and breathtaking animated displays! Stop in the HEB Christmas Village for refreshments and activities. Listen to the joyful sounds of local choirs and music groups as you travel the trail. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture your family at our several photo ops.

When is Winter Lightfest?

Winter Lightfest is open 17 nights from November 26 - December 26 - Friday through Sunday and the week of Christmas. Closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Winter Lightfest will be open Friday - Sunday, November 26 - December 19, and the week of Christmas, December 20 - 23, & 26.

Except for the week of Christmas, Winter Lightfest is not open Monday - Thursday. Winter Lightfest will NOT open on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Where is Winter Lightfest?

Winter Lightfest is at 2250 EN 10th Street, in Abilene, TX.

From 1-20, take exit 290 and turn south onto loop 322. Turn right onto EN 10th (you'll want to be in the right lane when you pull onto loop 322. We are just down EN 10th on the right.

From South Abilene, take loop 322 North toward 1-20. Turn left onto EN 10th Street just before you reach I-20 (this is a left exit).

Parking Information?

The parking lot opens at 5:30 p.m. For safety purposes, we encourage everyone to enter from loop 322. See website for map and details.

Vehicles providing transportation to or from the event must arrive before 9:00 p.m. The park closes at 10:00 p.m.

Your support of Winter Lightfest directly benefits United Way of Abilene's community investment in local non-profit programs.

Winter Lightfest Pricing

Tickets purchased in advance may be used any night of the 17 nights Winter Lightfest is open unless otherwise specified. Tickets are single use only.)

Adults: $12 advance purchase* | $15 at the gateYouth (ages 3 - 12th grade): $7 advance purchase* | $10 at the gate

Children under 3 are always free with a ticketed adult.

Special pricing of 20% off is available for groups of 20+ for online, advance purchase only. If not purchased in advance, groups will pay individual rates at the gate. *advance credit card transactions are subject to additional processing fees not included in the prices above.
