Event description
The FTIP SES & Leadership Development Training Series is intended to help retain, motivate, and develop a pipeline of diverse leaders.

About this event

¡Manos a la obra! Let's get the job done!

The right leadership is synonymous to a better future and success!

The LULAC Federal Training Institute (FTI), The National Council of Hispanic Employment Program Managers (NCHEPM), Leadership Consultants, Corporate Sponsors, several Federal Agencies, and the FTI Tigers have come together to coordinate and provide training through the 2021 Virtual FTIP “SES and Leadership Development Series." This event is open to employees from the Corporate and Federal sectors as well as other community members.

The FTIP cohort understands how the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic has impacted our lives along with training and development opportunities. However, now more than ever, our current situation dictates that we recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a diverse workforce to lead, to aspire to leadership positions, and to become the leaders of tomorrow — leaders that will understand, be sensitive to, and address the needs of all communities.

The 2021Virtual LULAC Federal Training Institute Partnership “SES and Leadership Development Series” workshops will mostly take place every Tuesday and Thursday from July 27 through September 15, 2021. These 30+ highly interactive, participant-focused workshops have been created to specifically address the professional and leadership development needs of today’s workforce. Workshops will be presented by distinguished subject matter experts from across the Federal Government and the Private Sector.

The 2021 "SES and Leadership Development Series" virtual agenda, including dates, times, and workshop descriptions, will be shared at a later date.

Muchas gracias to all our workshop presenters and partners! This year, due to their generosity, collaboration, and in-kind support, we are able to once again allow attendees to take advantage of this opportunity free of charge!

Registration Instructions:

First Step - In this EventBrite, click the button called “Select a Time”. Note that the date and time (September 14 at 11:30 a.m.) that appears here is that of the last webinar in the series. To view the entire listing of workshops, select “tickets." After selecting your desired workshops, click “register." This will take you to a form that all participants must complete.

**Important Note for Registration Form** - If you are registering for more than one workshop, EventBrite will ask that you fill in all of your information for each workshop ticket you request. To save yourself time, only fill out the contact information and the questions asked for the first ticket. For every ticket after that, there is a drop-down menu that says "copy data from." Use this drop down menu to select "Ticket 1." This will automatically copy over the information you previously filled in. Repeat this step for the rest of the workshop tickets you are requesting, and then click "register."

Second Step - Upon completion of the form, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. Make sure the entire content of the email is displayed on the screen. If it is not, scroll to the bottom of the email and click "view entire message". Then, find the section titled "additional information," where you will find a link to each workshop you registered for. You will access the workshops on the given date and time using these links. Make sure you add the workshop information and link(s) to your calendar, as they will not be automatically added.

** To participate you MUST complete all requested information in the registration form. Registration is on a “first-come/first serve” basis and will close when it reaches capacity. Your registration is not transferable and should not be shared with others.**
