The virtual 2021 symposium will focus on the health and wellbeing of animals, humans, and the environment. All sessions start at 3 pm.

About this event

The focus of the 2021 Symposium will be on the unexpected consequences of the connections between human, animal, and environmental health while exploring the impact of emerging disease on communities and individuals.

Topics Include:

  • Pandemic lessons for health security
  • Epidemiology of zoonoses
  • Occupational health and airway disease
  • Animal control during the pandemic
  • Ecology of native bees
  • Disaster planning with animals

CE credit is available for veterinarians

Sessions will be Monday, October 25th, November 1st, 8th, and 15th from 3 to 5 pm MT.
