Championship Combines, in partnership with the Tour of Texas, is proud to present the 2021 Tour of Texas Qualifier Recruiting Combine! The Tour of Texas Qualifier Recruiting Combine will be held on January 22nd from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at The Force Sports Center - 7218 N. Loop 1604 E., San Antonio, TX 78233.

The 2021 Tour of Texas Qualifier Recruiting Combine will be a combination Video Recorded and College Coach attended combine. The Tour of Texas Recruiting Combine will be promoted to every Division II/Division III, NAIA and Junior College volleyball program in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico and Louisiana (NCAA DI is in a COVID mandated Dead Period) AND the Video Recording and Player Information Packet will be sent to EVERY College Volleyball program, including NCAA DI, in TX/OK/NM/AR/LA.
The Player's name will be on a registered list, and at Combine check in, each player will be given a bib #, so college coaches can easily match player and contact information - Seniors will noted for quick identification for college coaches. Players should wear normal volleyball practice gear (no need to wear uniforms or shirts with a number on them).
Volleyball players will be divided by position and graduation year to allow attending college coaches to efficiently evaluate them. 6 courts will be used at The Force Center, with each court having a "court coach", to allow players to showcase their skills sets to the college coaches and on video.
The court coaches will put the players through volleyball drills within their specific positions, along with combining positions to illustrate group skill sets. 6 on 6 scrimmaging will not occur, as to reduce injury opportunities (scrimmaging has a much higher injury occurrence, especially with unfamiliar team mates).
Parents are not allowed on the Combine courts, per the request of the college coaches - This allows the players to focus on skills and the college coaches to focus on evaluations. There will be a Recruiting Education Session for Parents, presented by a former 15 year NCAA Division I Head Coach!
COVID 19 Protocols and Precautions:
- Temperature checks for all athletes and coaches; no individual with a temperature greater than 100.4 will be allowed to enter.
- Masks are required inside The Force Center.
- Players are required to wear masks during the combine.
- Hand sanitizer will be available during check in and at the combine courts.
- Players must bring their own full water container/bottle for their exclusive use during the combine.
- Any registered athlete which is in COVID 19 quarantine or testing protocols, will be provided a full refund - DO NOT ATTEND!
