Tuesday Evening 6:00PM - 9:00PM and Saturday AM 9:30AM - 12:30PM

After you have passed your Georgia exam and obtained your real estate license, you are required to take additional classes within one year. I will help you with your 25 Hour Post License requirement, as well as all the continuing education hours that you will need to remain an active successful real estate practitioner. 

You’ll be learning from Cathy McDaniel, “Georgia 2008 Real Estate Educator of the Year” offering the most relevant information in today’s real estate industry to kick start your career tomorrow. 

Class Schedule & Registration - The classes listed below will be offered weekly, Tuesday PM and Saturday AM. Classes can be taken in any order at anytime up until your first year anniversary date to complete your 25 post license requirement. The School will keep records of your course completions. You must be in attendance of 180 minutes (3 hours) for each Zoom class to earn credit. Once you have taken all 8 classes and submitted your sign in sheet identifying each course date completion, records will be verified and a final exam will be scheduled. Please keep all handouts for the exam preparation.

• 25 Hour Post License is scheduled monthly throughout the year on a rotating basis
• Pay one time!  Attend classes at your convenience.  
• You can take classes in any order - You have a special "sign-in" sheet to keep record of your progress
• You will receive the Zoom meeting ID #s and course handout prior to class
• The School will monitor your hours and provide frequent email reminders
• Post license credits will be uploaded to GREC upon attending all 8 classes and passing all test.

Once you have enrolled in the course program, you will need to register for free at Eventbrite for each class you want to attend. By doing so, you will receive a reminder message, your Zoom Meeting instructions and your handout link to download or print prior to class.

We provide equal access to our CE classes and do not discriminate on the base of race, color, national origin, sex, disability and age. Each student must attend the Zoom meeting 180 minutes to receive 3 hours of credit. You are responsible for the performance of your own technology including audio, volume, video clarity and reliable internet connection.

3 Steps to Attend Your Live Video Meeting Provided by Zoom.us 

Once you have enrolled here at Eventbrite you will need to establish your own Zoom account to actually attend the live video class meeting. 

1. Click here to set up your Zoom account. Click at top right, "SIGN UP, IT'S FREE" 

2. Using the email address you registered with, you will receive a link to download and/or print your training material. YOU MUST close out the link prior to joining Zoom meeting.

2. The day/time of the Live class meeting, you will need to sign in using your password, click at the top of the screen "JOIN A MEETING" using the "Meeting ID #".
