Operation Spay Bay has partnered with Dot's Dream Rescue to make low-cost spay and neuter services available to Calhoun County and surrounding communities in an effort to combat the overpopulation of dogs and cats. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. Rabies vaccines are required for all surgeries and are included in the purchase price for the surgery package. The Transport meets at Tractor Supply in Blountstown, from which they load the pets scheduled for surgery and transport them to their operation facility in Panama City. After the surgery is complete, the pets are then loaded back into the van and transported Back to Blountstown. Owners will be notified of the transport's expected arrival time upon their departure from the surgery facility. Owners or designated persons MUST BE PRESENT upon arrival of the transport. If the organizers are left waiting for an owner or designated persons, an additional fee of $25.00 will be assessed.
ALL PETS MUST ARRIVE IN AN INDIVIDUAL KENNEL OR TRANSPORT CARRIER. Pets without a kennel or transport carrier will NOT be able to go on the transport.
**ATTENTION**
Due to increased prices in fuel, Operation Spay Bay is now charging a fuel cost per transport. An additional fee has been added to the price of tickets purchased on this site in order to cover that cost. As their costs rise, so must the prices for their services. If you must reschedule your scheduled surgery for any reason, the $10.00 fuel charge will not transfer to your new date and will need to be paid again at the time of dropoff on the new surgery date. Thank you for understanding.
