Endorsers, Associate Endorsers, spouses, and military and VA chaplains are invited to join us via Zoom for our three-day conference on Religious Liberty: Leadership Skills for Ministry in Challenging Times featuring:    

Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio (Archbishop of the Military Services, Roman Catholic Church)

Chaplain Judy Malana (Naval District Washington, DOD – Diversity & Inclusion Board Member)

Chaplain George Pucciarelli (former Chaplain of the Marine Corps, CAPT, CHC, USN, Ret.)

Ken Sande (author of “The Peacemaker” and the Founder of Peacemaker Ministries and Relational Wisdom 360)

Religious Liberty Panel (Daniel Bloomberg, Becket Law and Michel Berry, First Liberty Institute)

FAQs

What are the conference fees and deadlines for registration?

NCMAF strives to provide the best possible experience for our members and guests with an eye towards the lowest costs. Our fees are set based upon discussions with the speakers and the NCMAF Executive Committee. If you are unsure of your conference registration fee, after reading below, please contact us before submitting your payment.

This year the conference registration fees will be $150 IF your member organization made their 2020 Fair Share contribution AND you register by October 31 (You can check our website for the Current Member Organization list here, which will be regularly updated).

For those whose member organizations who have yet to make their 2020 Fair Share contribution, or for all endorsers registering between November 1 until the start of the Conference registration fees will be $200.

New Endorser Training will be offered and we ask anyone wishing to attend register for this training. The cost is $50 for the training materials. New endorsers will find the training a great way to start their endorsing journey! Endorsers that have been with us awhile, this is a great opportunity to take a refresher course as well as meet the new endorsers!

We ask that retiring endorsers let us know that this will be your last conference year so that we can honor you during the Conference.

Please note that only NCMAF Endorsers who have paid their 2020 and or 2021 Fair Share Contributions will be allowed to participate in the Business Meeting. Only NCMAF Member Endorsers who are current with their 2020 and or 2021 Fair Share Contributions will be allowed to vote during the meeting. By our By-Laws, each member organization gets one vote regardless of how many of your staff or chaplains register for the Conference. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact one of the Executive Committee Members.

A copy of the Fair Share form can be found here if your organization would like to contribute prior to registering to take advantage of the lower rate (both must happen by October 31) and or ensure your organization's ability to vote during the business meeting (if paid and or registered after October 31 and prior to the Conference).

We ask that everyone register as soon as possible but no later than Friday, January 1, 2021. We cannot accept cancellations or grant refunds after this date due. If you need to transfer your registration to another attendee, please contact us to make those arrangements.

Finally, as previously communicated to our members, please consider as a personal additional contribution to NCMAF contributing the cost of what traveling to Washington DC and hotel would have cost. The Conference is the way that we typically "fund" the front part of our year. Also, please consider the timing of your 2021 Fair Share Contributions - the earlier in the year, the better. We sincerely appreciate your continued support!
