About this Event
Introduction
Since the start of the pandemic, about 2.5 million women have lost their jobs or dropped out of the workforce during the pandemic. This mass exodus of women from the workforce is a worldwide emergency, and it demands a solution. NATEA believes that gender should not constraint a person from their goals. This year, to empower women and echo International Women’s Day’s 2021 initiative to #ChooseToChallenge bias, NATEA is hosting a Women’s Summit in March.
