Wednesday, April 28

Noon to 6:30 PM: Installation of artwork by teachers

Friday, April 30

8:30 to 3:00 PM: Field trips

Saturday, May 1

10:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Public viewing

1:00 PM: Presentation of awards

1:30 PM or immediately after the awards: Removal of all artwork by teachers
