About this event

Join us to hear the latest employment-related developments, learn to identify and address risky employment practices, and obtain tools and useful tips and strategies to reduce your organization’s exposure to employment-related litigation. We will explain the risks associated with Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) cases and dive into the latest laws and regulations concerning COVID-19 in the workplace, including vaccinations. This half-day virtual event addresses the issues faced by small business owners, human resource specialists, and managers with an emphasis on California state law. Attendance at this seminar will enrich your professional knowledge and provide an opportunity to speak directly with Jennifer Douglas, and the DP&F team. The seminar materials are an excellent resource to use throughout the year.

In addition, the program will provide you the opportunity to hear from a representative from Cal/OSHA regarding how the agency is enforcing its COVID regulations.
