Serving the whole person begins with the foundational belief that housing first is paramount to recovery. This workshop will discuss the benefits of peer support, pre and post tenancy support, tenant advocacy, coordination of care, SUD (Substance Use Disorder) services, and Community Connections. We will discuss the benefits of the whole person approach through the utilization of tools and local community resources which weave together the principles of permanent supportive housing in order to produce positive outcomes for each person who chooses to participate in FCS Supportive Housing.
