1st Course: Cheddar Apple Butternut Squash Soup paired with Effing Around (prosecco, gin, mulled wine reduction, grapefruit shrub, aromatic bitters and orange bitters)

2nd Course: Cranberry Poppyseed Cashew Salad with Honey Lemon Vinaigrette paired with Christmapolitan (vodka, elderflower, dry vermouth, spiced cranberry sauce, lime, rosemary and absinthe mist)

3rd Course: Bourbon Beer Brined Turkey with Caramelized Onion, Swiss Red Potato Mash and Pear Pecan Stuffing paired with Snowball Old-Fashioned (rye, gingerbread, aromatic bitters, wormwood bitters and orange essence)

Served with Parmesan Sage Pull Apart Bread

4th Course: Salted Caramel Apple Pie with Chocolate Whip paired with Jingle Balls Nog (cognac, cream sherry, almond milk, cream, egg, vanilla and nutmeg)
