EA Week Mountain Bike Ride

  • This event is open to Officers and Spouses of the Growler Community.

Part Mountain Bike Race, Part Scavenger Hunt, Part Choose your own adventure!

Details:

Location: Hart Lake Parking Lot, Anacortes Community Forest Land

Team Size: 2-5 riders, Ride with whoever you want, just pick the unit you represent for the Captains Cup. Bring your Garmin Watches to prove your ride.

Check-in: 1100

Team-Leads Meeting: 1130

Take-Off: 1200

RTB: NLT 1500

Awards: Immediately to follow.

10 designated segments of trail define the “Course,” but how you navigate to them, in what order, and how many you complete in the 3 hours will determine the champions.

Extra credit points available for: Team Costumes/ Uniforms, Squadron Mascots, Novice Riders Participating, Spouses Riding, Utilizing Rented, Demo, or borrowed bikes, Skills Competitions, and other to be announced challenges.

  • These events are not open to the public.  Unless otherwise specified, these events are intended for the Officers assigned to the U.S. Navy's Electronic Attack squadrons and their families.  We are also pleased to welcome the Electronic Attack community's civilian team members, senior Navy leaders, industry partners, and other invited guests.
