About this event
Program Description
2021 was a record-breaking year for the broad equity stock market. However, underlying the general advance were sector rotation and volatility. Will 2022 be another up year for the market, and what sectors are more likely to be strong and weak? The stock market outlook is the topic of our January 24 program, including a review of the life sciences sector. Some life science sectors were negatively impacted by the COVID pandemic and underperformed the market. Others experienced surging demand. What should healthcare investors expect in 2022?
Raj Sharma, Managing Director of the Sharma Group, will be our keynote speaker, joined by Geoff Meacham, Managing Director Equity Research covering Biotechnology and Major Pharmaceuticals for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Rick Williams, Managing Director of Williams Advisory Partners. Hear from these industry leaders on investment trends from 2021 and predictions for 2022. Following the market overview, we will have an open moderated Q&A discussion.
