About the organizer
The Flat Rock Historical Society was founded in 1975 when the historic Munger General Store was threatened with demolition. Residents came together and raised the funds necessary to have this building moved and to open and operate this building as a museum. Through the years several other buildings have been moved to the same location, to form what we in Flat Rock call "Memory Lane." You can learn more about the Flat Rock Historical Society and prepare for your visit by reviewing information here. Thank you for visiting and we look forward to seeing you soon!
