About this event
We’re back outside and it's time to find out who has Indy's Best Chicken!!
We've teamed up with our favorite local restaurants, chefs, and brewers for a one-day festival that is sure to be remembered! Chicken and Beer are among the most beloved items in the world and deserve the highest celebration! Expect great music, good food, a hot wing eating contest, and fun activities for you and your crew.
Samples from vendors are included in each ticket. All vendors will have food available for purchase. This is an outdoor event and you MUST BE 21+ to ATTEND! Please expect lines! Please anticipate restaurants selling out of food!

We're extremely excited about the opportunity to bring support and awareness to the amazingness of Indianapolis' Chicken and Beer through this food festival!

Are masks required at this event?
Masks are not required for entry into Indy Chicken & Beer Fest but may be worn and removed when eating and/or seated in at a particular area at your own discretion.
Is this an outdoor event?
Yes!
When should I arrive?
Session `1:
VIP ticket holders will be granted admission starting at 1 pm.
General Admission ticket holders will be granted admission starting at 2 pm.
Session 2:
VIP ticket holders will be granted admission starting at 6 pm.
General Admission ticket holders will be granted admission starting at 7 pm.
Please expect lines! In order to provide a safe and legal event, IDs have to be checked, bags have to be searched and tickets have to be scanned. All this takes time!
Where is the Festival?
The Pavilion at Pan Am Plaza
201 S. Capitol Avenue
Indianapolis, IN 46225
GA Festival entrance will be located on north end of Pan Am Plaza off of Georgia Street.
VIP Entrance will be located on East end of Pan Am Plaza off of Illinois Street!
When do I get my food and drink tickets?
Guests will receive their chicken and beer tickets at check-in.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
We are unable to do upgrades for this event, but additional chicken and beer items will be available for sale on-site from each vendor.
What comes with my ticket?
General admission tickets include 4 chicken tickets and 5 beer sample tickets.
VIP tickets include 1 hour early access, 6 chicken tickets and 5 beer sample tickets.
How much is additional chicken and beer?
Each restaurants or food vendor will have a priced menu available for the selling of additional chicken or food items.
Beer sampling is limited to vendor's discretion. There will be bar stations featuring some great local and domestic beer along with other alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
Can I bring in a backpack?
Indy Chicken & Beer security staff will be checking bags at the gates, and there are restrictions to which type of bag you can bring on-site. No backpacks, camelbacks, or other large bags are allowed.
Can I leave the festival and come back?
Once you enter Indy Chicken & Beer Festival, you are not allowed to leave and re-enter. Make sure you have everything you need before going in because you don’t want to get inside and realize you forgot something important.
Can I bring a to-go container?
No, all food must be eaten on site.
Will there be any vegetarian/vegan options?
Possibly! Indy Chicken & Beer festival has given its vendors free-reign on their menu choices and the menu choices are turned in the day of the event, so we cannot guarantee those options.
Are pets allowed?
No, health codes prohibit any pets at the event.
Are children allowed at this event?
All attendees of must be at least 21 years old. IDs will be checked upon entrance at the gate where tickets are scanned.
Do you just take cash only?
No, credit cards will be accepted at both the ticket booth and bars. There will be an ATM on site for those that want to use cash.
Is the festival handicap accessible?
The festival is handicap accessible. There are numerous parking lots and ramps surrounding the festival, that have the typical handicap spots.
What is the refund policy?
In the event that the event is postponed due to any unforeseen circumstances your tickets will be transferable to the new date.
In the event of a cancellation, we will issue ticket holders full refunds.
In the event that you can't attend the event, tickets are transferable and can be passed down to friends or family.
What can I bring in to Indy Chicken & Beer Festival?

Indy Chicken & Beer Festival reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Event Terms:
By entering the event grounds, you expressly assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards, which include, but are not limited to, property damage arising from or related in any way to the Indy Chicken & Beer Festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
Attendees and belongings are subject to search.
By entering the event grounds, you willingly give your permission for Indy Chicken & Beer Festival to capture your image via video and photography for its unrestricted use in all forms of media / marketing.
Moshing, crowd surfing and stage diving are prohibited.
Nudity and or exposed body parts is prohibited.
