Event description
2021 Breakfast with Santa

About this event

Join The MaDee Project for Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at the beautiful Hotel 24 South (formerly the Stonewall Jackson Hotel) in historic downtown Staunton. This year’s theme is The Nutcracker.

Despite his hectic schedule, Santa is making his annual stop at The MaDee Project’s Breakfast with Santa! With the safety and well-being of our families, hotel staff, and volunteers in mind, this year’s event will look a bit different than year’s past. Thank you ahead of time for your understanding!

Participants are invited to purchase a table to fill with their own family and friends to enjoy the event! At the table, we will serve breakfast, provide activities, holiday storytime, a performance by Staunton Academy of Ballet and Santa will make his rounds to say ho, ho, ho – hello to each table! Families can have their pictures taken by Queen City Photography at the Nutcracker themed backdrop. Anything from Sunday best to Christmas jammies welcome!

Saturday, December 4, 2021

(2) Seatings: 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM

Table of 8: $175

Table of 6: $130 (Note: There are TWO tables of 6 in the 10:30 AM seating only)

Tables go on sale on November 1, 2021.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, masks are required when moving around the hotel and may be removed while seated. Unfortunately, there will not be an opportunity to sit on Santa’s lap this year, but you can snap a photo with him at your table.

Organizer The MaDee Project

Organizer of 2021 Breakfast with Santa

The MaDee Project is a nonprofit foundation that provides support to pediatric cancer patients and their families in the Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County areas. The project will also nationally fund research in hopes of finding the cause and help to prevent pediatric cancers from reaching any other children.

MaDee’s determination, love for her family and friends, as well as her strong spirit while battling this disease, became the inspiration of this project. If MaDee were physically here with us today, we feel confident, she would still be holding children under her wing, teaching, guiding and comforting them, especially those diagnosed with cancer. This project is our way of showing the community, MaDee’s legacy continues. She lives on...providing the children and their family with hope, help and healing.
