It is strongly encouraged that licensees complete the Annual Commission Update course early in the calendar year.
About this Event
The Colorado Real Estate Commission requires all real estate licensees to complete a Commission Update course annually.
The current 2021 Commission Update course will provide you with the latest information related to regulatory changes and issues affecting Colorado real estate practice. This 4-hour course meets the regulatory requirements for Colorado Broker continuing education.
Although this is not a contracts class, it will cover:
- Compliance
- General Practice
- Regulations, Contracts/Forms and Legislation
