Make plans to attend the annual Affordable Housing Summit—a virtual conference focused on the development and financing of multifamily projects.

The Summit will span two afternoons on May 12-13, 2021. Minnesota Housing Commissioner, Jennifer Ho, will give the opening keynote of the Summit on May 12th.

You’ll also hear from affordable housing leaders and industry experts on topics aimed at increasing awareness, fostering education and spurring momentum to find solutions and create stable housing for all Minnesotans. This year, in particular, the Summit will address the challenges and opportunities of creating more, better, and more equitable housing in these difficult times. Sessions will include:

• A panel focused on the roots of segregation and discrimination in housing in Minnesota and addressing the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion in all corners of the housing industry,
• A discussion of the incredible opportunities created for the preservation and development of affordable housing through federal legislation in 2020, and

• Updates and the latest insights from our tax credit investor and legislative panels.

You’ll network with your colleagues in the affordable housing community, and leave the Summit with a better understanding of development and financing issues and options for your next project.
