About this event

You are cordially invited to attend Wharton Aerospace Ventures 2020 - virtual conference series.

This year, due to covid, we are pivoting to a virtual series. This will keep us safe and sound while providing business linkages amidst collaborative knowledge sharing. We’ll address 3 key areas, capstone on a longer session in October, that includes a speed investment rotation/tech scouting event.

Aug 4 2020 - The Future of Air Mobility and Smart Cities 2PM PT/5PM ET

August 24 2020 - Maritime Marvels 2PM PT/5PM ET

September 29 2020 - Moon to Mars- Innovations in near space and beyond - 2PM PT/5PM ET

October 16 - Private Capital Markets and Dual Use Tech; Speed Investment/Tech Scout Rotation - Webinar 12PM PT/3PM ET; Investment Rotation: 2 hours following.

We are asking for $5 for each session in order to donate to Feeding America, to support those most in need of our support!

Wharton Aerospace is an association of senior executives and invited guests with shared commitments to the commercial aerospace & defense industries. We conduct by-invitation-only annual conferences on Wharton campus in Philadelphia to foster closer ties between the Wharton School, our Wharton Aerospace participants and the industrial base.

Our last event was attended by ~100 participants and ~20 speakers and panelists. 72% of participants were corporate VPs and above; 15% were Presidents/CEOs/CFOs/COOs/ CxOs.

We thank our sponsors for their continued support: Alderman & Company, Applied Concepts Group, Avascent Group, BMNT, Beacon Strategies Group, Cyient, Cypress International, DHR International, Deloitte, KippsDeSanto, Liebherr Aerospace, Lockheed Martin, Moelis, Odgers Berndtson, PwC, and Renaissance Strategic Advisors.
