20th Annual Case Management Conference 2020 for Health Care Professionals interested or engaged in Case Management. 

Join colleagues at the Case Management Conference and learn from nationally recognized experts about strategies that case managers can use to enhance practice in this challenging health care environment.

This conference is attended by nurses and social work case managers with many years or only a few years’ experience in the role of care coordination as a case manager. Conference planning is a collaboration between nursing and social work case management professionals to provide current, relevant content each year.

Partial credit will be given for continuing education. The registration fee amount is the same regardless of sessions attended. No refund is given for sessions not attended at the virtual conference.

Will CNE/CCM and SW CE be provided?

CNE, CCM Certification: 6.50. SW CE Certification: 6.25. No refunds will be given for sessions not attended at the virtual live conference.

When will the Speaker PPT presentations be available?

Speaker PPT presentations will be available online Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds policy is effective until Monday, September 28, 2020. No refunds available after Monday, September 28, 2020. To ask for a refund, email aguila25@msu.edu, with your request, please include your registration/ticket number. The capacity for registration is 500. After capacity is reached, registration will be suspended. This is a popular conference, accepting registration on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. An alternative person can attend at no additional cost. Email all necessary information to aguila25@msu.edu, including the original registration number and name of the person replacing (if it is a group registration). A reminder that the refund policy is effective until Monday, September 28, 2020. No refunds after Monday, September 28, 2020.

 Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Yes. Registration fee or ticket is transferable to an alternative person for the same event, the 2020 Case Management Conference on October 27, 2020. Email all necessary information to aguila25@msu.edu, including the original registration number and name of the person(s) being replaced, and all the necessary registration information for the replacement person(s).

 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
