Event description

Description

The success of an e-discovery project depends on how well you blend your e-discovery needs and requirements with the right processes and software.

Join us at the 8th Annual University of Florida E-Discovery Conference where your peers are drawing on the latest technology and case law to implement practical and effective strategies and programs that focus on the needs of each individual litigation matter. This year, we will show you how to work smarter, not harder.

We will walk you through the initial assessment process, the tough new challenges of today’s evolving devices and data sources. Most important, we will feature lessons on how to use and combine readily available software to find the most important information in your data quickly. This year we’re adding to the agenda a panel session on evolving e-discovery case law.

We are excited to have many new and returning faces to our conference, including Kenya Dickson formerly at the White House, Alex Ponce de Leon from Google, and a rock-star of the plaintiff bar Ariana Tadler. There will also be a host of other national experts who will show us how to efficiently find the important ESI for your case, whether in the network, cloud, on mobile devices, or on social media.

Our featured judicial panel of distinguished U.S. Magistrate Judges—Gary Jones, William Matthewman, Mac McCoy, Patricia Barksdale, and Daniel Irick—returns as well.

We invite you to join us live in Gainesville, Florida, on March 19th or online via live stream.
