2020 UC-CORO Systemwide Leadership Collaborative Graduation
Event Information
About this Event

You are invited to the graduation of the 2020 UC-CORO Systemwide Leadership Collaborative. This program for senior academic and administrative leaders from all UC locations focuses on:
• Building a network of UC leaders and a pipeline for executive leadership positions at UC
• Collaborating across organizational boundaries to solve problems and contribute to the betterment of UC
• Increasing self and other awareness
• Providing access to a diverse slate of executive leadership from across UC
• Learning more about UC’s multiple locations, their strengths, and impact
• Exploring and building inclusive leadership skills
The 2020 cohorts began their in-person work together in January 2020. Because the program participants were integrally involved with COVID-19 and social justice responses at UC locations, the program took a hiatus from April through July, then resumed virtually in August 2020. This year’s program participants have diligently and tirelessly assisted their locations through challenging circumstances while committing to their networking, growth, and leadership development.
This year’s cohort project presentations will focus on anti-racism and the response to circumstances that have challenged UC over the last year. We’re also excited to announce that UC’s President Drake and UC Berkeley’s Chancellor Christ will serve as keynote speakers.
Your attendance will be a powerful reinforcement of the cohorts’ new skills and investment in development to prepare them for future challenges.
Please join us on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 12:00 noon in support of your UC colleagues.
