Event description

Description

Latino-owned businesses are the fastest growing business segment in the United States. Were it not for the number of Latino-owned businesses continuing to grow during the Great Recession, there would have been fewer businesses in the United States in 2012 than there were in 2007, and the unemployment rate would have risen well over 10 percent. What are the driving forces behind this high-impact group of entrepreneurs, and why are they still facing barriers to financing and growth?

Join us for our 5th annual State of Latino Entrepreneurship Forum, where we will present our research findings from our annual survey of more than 5,000 U.S. Latino business owners. We will also hear from a panel of successful Latino business owners and leaders who will share their first-hand experience of business financing, growth factors, challenges, and opportunities facing Latino entrepreneurs today.
