Join us for a Shadow Day at City Year Boston. This is an opportunity to learn about City Year and experience the incredible work our City Year AmeriCorps members do every day from your own perspective. You will have a chance to visit one of our partner schools and connect with City Year staff and currently serving AmeriCorps members.

What are the program's policies?
Refunds of the $10 attendance fee will only be offered if the sponsoring organization cancels the visit. There will be no refunds for transportation expenses.

Only students of member schools allowed, as this program is a member benefit. Ask your career center if your institution is part of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE).

What is the snow/inclement weather policy?
The EACE Site Coordinator will contact attendees in the event that the site visit needs to be cancelled/rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Additional Information

The Road Trips to the Real World program is open to current undergraduate and graduate students attending schools that are members of The Eastern Association of College & Employers (EACE). To see if your school is a member, please inquire with your campus career center. Students from non-EACE member schools will not be allowed to participate.

Space is limited and available a on a first-come, first-served basis. You are allowed to register for a maximum of 5 site visits per year as long as their dates do not conflict.

**STUDENT AGREEMENT: By registering for this event, I agree to adhere to all deadlines involved with the EACE Road Trips to the Real World Program and understand that I am representing my college/university and the EACE organization. I verify that I am available for the date and time of this event. I am expected to show up at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time and make my own transportation/parking arrangements to and from the event. I understand that I may need photo identification to enter the site. Lastly, I understand that I should be prepared and dressed professionally for the event.

*The deadline to register for site visits is Monday, December 9, 2019.*

You will be asked to confirm your registration for your site visits by emailing an RSVP to the site coordinator. If you miss the RSVP deadline, you will forfeit your spot on the Road Trip and it will be given to someone on the waitlist.
