Ticket includes one download. Refunds permitted up to 30 days before the photo date, after which selected time slot and event date becomes final sale.
FAQS:
If I have more than one child, do I need more than one ticket? You will need to purchase a ticket per photo needed (one for individuals and one for sibling photos).
Do I need to come in my 30 minute time slot? Yes, please sign up for appropriate time slot and arrive within that period. In an effort to keep the line distanced and things safe, we will not allow anyone who arrives outside of pre-selected slot to take photos. No exceptions.
What if I need a refund? Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days prior to event date. No refunds for any reason will be issued after that. Refunds must be requested via EventBrite website. We are unable to process a refund via phone call as it must be generated through the EventBrite website.
What if I need to change my date and time slot? Please purchase a ticket for the new time slot first and then request a refund for the original ticket.
What precautions will you be taking considering COVID? We have limited tickets each time slot and will distance the line. Once you arrive, we will verify it's the proper time slot and allow access to the line. We will be frequently sanitizing high touch point.
Monday, November 30 has been reserved for children 12 months or younger OR children with special needs. A different link will be available for these tickets.
How will I get my photo? We will email you a link 48-72 hours after your photo day . You will be able to directly download from that link. THE EMAIL YOU USE TO PURCHASE THE TICKET WILL BE THE EMAIL THE LINK IS SENT TO!
