2020 Oklahoma Environmental Education Expo - "H2Oklahoma: A Vision for 2020"

Our Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Kevin Kloesel, the Director of the Oklahoma Climate Survey, who will share what current science data suggests the future climate-related concerns will be in Oklahoma in regards to our water resources and the impact on weather, ecosystems, human health, energy use, transportation, agriculture, and public safety.

We will have a variety of hands-on and lecture style presentations on many water topics such as using water wisely in the garden, the global population’s demand for water resources, the role of water conservation in Oklahoma, doing an indoor water audit with your students, amphibian infectious disease, Water Cycle Plinko, Forests as Nature's living reservoirs and water treatment plants, Project WET , Project WILD, and Project Learning Tree activities, Aquaponics, citizen science - rainfall measurement, hydropower generation, and many more!

Since we are back at the Oklahoma City Zoo, we will also get to see the Sea Lion Show and have several presentations by Zoo Education Staff.
