2020 Instar Summer Science Camp

Instar Summer Science Camp – 4th & 5th grade

**Campers should be registered based on the grade they WILL BE ENTERING in the FALL of 2020.**

August 18 – 21, 2020, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

South Slough offers kids opportunities for exploration of the rich diversity of coastal habitats. Even campers who have participated in years of camps will be engaged by 4 days of new and exciting estuary adventures.

$95 per camper

This camp has minimum enrollment of 6 and has a maximum enrollment of 10. Camper enrollment is confirmed when camp forms and payment are received by the Friends of South Slough. Forms will be emailed or mailed shortly after registration, but may be delayed depending on work circumstances for South Slough staff.

Camps offer hands-on activities in the estuary with a focus on natural history and outdoor exploration. Campers bring their own lunch and South Slough provides a snack. Camps are designed to fit the abilities and interests of campers who will be attending 4th ro 5th grade in the Fall of 2020.

We are moving forward with summer camp registration, but we will evaluate the best plan for the summer of 2020 when the dates get closer, keeping the health and safety of campers and staff at the forefront of any decisions. Full refunds will be sent if camps cannot go forward as planned.
