The Dallas Women's Success Initiative is proud to roll out its 4th Annual Conference and Gala to celebrate Women's History Month 2020!

The DWSI is an innovative event to celebrate Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex women and provide a plethora of information with interactive panel discussions and comprehensive workshops focused on the enrichment, education, and elevation of North Texas Women. The DWSI creates an empowering atmosphere with practical action-planning and increased self-knowledge centered around collaboration without competition. The #DWSI2020 will also include our inaugural gala to honor two women with the DWSI Phenomenal Woman award. The DWSI Phenomenal Woman award honors the sacrifices and work of nominees to enrich and elevate the sisterhood.

The DWSI is an innovative action planning initiative of the Stopping the Madness Antibullying Foundation nonprofit that provides platforms for women to live their purpose through building knowledge, skills, abilities, action plans and positive relationships to be successful. Attendees receive lunch, swag bags, shopping with our DWSI vendors, a chance at incredible prizes, and leave action plans to use in their personal and professional lives.
