Welcome to our 2020 Online Vendor Registration Page!

Registration Details:

  • Vendor registration includes one table and two lunches per day. Additional tables are $20.
  • Fees cover both days of rental.
  • Table covers are not provided. The tables are 30” by 6’ banquet tables.
  • Should you wish to bring more than two people, lunches are avaiable for $12.50 per person per day.
  • Your company logo will be used in all event promotional materials including our website, our emails, and digital and/or print materials during the conference. Upon registration confirmation, an email address will be provided to email .jpg or .png logos.

Setup begins on Thursday, January 9th from 9am-7pm.

Exhibits must be open by 7:45 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday mornings. Closing time is 7:00 p.m. both days. Exhibits may close earlier on Saturday after the last session at your discretion.

Door Prizes! -- We strongly encourage you to give door prizes that will be raffled out during our lunches together.This is a great way for your business to get recognition in front of the entire group! Please consider providing one or more items to be raffled each day.
