Event description

CCCC Annual Summit

(March 17, 2020) It is with heavy hearts that we announce that CCCC’s Summit 2020, originally scheduled for May 5-6 in Sacramento, is being postponed due to the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation.

Today we were informed by the Sacramento Hyatt Regency, our Summit host hotel, that it will temporarily cease normal hotel operations, effective March 18 until May 10, 2020, due to the COVID-19 outbreak situation.

We remain excited about CCCC’s 2020 Summit program. We are evaluating all the potential options as well as alternate dates for continuing to hold the Summit this year. We will provide details once we have a final plan.

Hotel Reservations – If you have a reservation at the hotel for the Summit, you should receive an email notification later this afternoon from the Hyatt detailing their closure and intention to cancel all reservations without penalty.

We will be updating you with additional information as it becomes available. We greatly appreciate your patience during these challenging times.

Stay well,

Judy Thomas, JD
Chief Executive Officer
