2020 CAFM Summer Social Costume Party (on ZOOM)!

It's our second Online Summer Social! Come celebrate with us!

We’re celebrating our 14-year anniversary as a Meetup with another CAFM Summer Social Costume Party on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. Film fans, film actors, and members of the Chicago film industry--this event is for you!

Help us toast 14 years and party with us on Zoom!

Since 2007, we’ve been helping Chicago’s film actors be smarter about the marketplace, and we’ve enjoyed bringing together Chicago’s film community with special events like this. Join us online from wherever you will be, and you can mix and mingle with other attendees using our Zoom Breakout Rooms! We’ll give you an “ice breaker” for each Room you visit, and you’ll have opportunities to network and meet others in the industry. Admission tickets are just $14 when you buy online before August 19 at midnight.

And now’s your chance to dress up and win prizes! Anyone who wears a costume of any kind and/or chooses a fun Zoom background for the party is eligible to win prizes in these categories:

• Best Costume
• Best Background
• Best Combination of Costume & Background

Plus, everyone at the party will be entered in a Grand Prize Drawing to win a $150 Visa Gift Card! Must be present to win, and we’ll make sure to get you the prizes in a safe manner.

Can't make the party? Show your support with a "$14 For Our 14th" Donation!

We've launched the "$14 For Our 14th" Campaign as a way for anyone to support the work of CAFM. Each donation is tax deductible and goes directly to help our nonprofit. While it won't get you into the costume party, your name will be shared on our social media channels with all the other campaign donors, and we'll give you special recognition during the party.

You may also donate to this campaign even if you are attending the party. Just purchase your admission ticket and then select the number of $14 donations you want to make. Or you can make your donation without buying an admission ticket. Either way, we'll thank you! ;)
