WTF Bikexplorers Summit Tickets Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that tickets for the 2019 WTF Bikexplorers Summit are now available! This year’s Summit will take place on August 15-18 at Vernonia Springs, Oregon. Reserve your ticket now!

Your ticket to the WTF Bikexplorers Summit includes unlimited access to a stacked schedule of sessions and workshops that focus on the bicycle as a vehicle for justice and healing. Also included in the ticket is onsite lodging, eight delicious meals made to your dietary preferences, and a limited edition WTF Bikexplorers swag bag with goodies galore. In addition to all of that, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, learn from, and ride with like-minded WTFnB Bikexploring cyclists in the beautiful forested setting of Northwest Oregon. What’s Included?

Summit Camping Ticket - $150

  • Your Summit Camping Ticket provides you with a tent or car camping spot that has onsite access to all summit activities, Vernonia Springs trails and amenities, an ADA bathroom-shower building and porta-potties at the WTF Bikexplorers Summit from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. Campers will need to bring their own tent (if using), sleeping pad and bag, pillow and towel.
  • Eight meals made to your dietary preferences. (Thursday, August 15- Dinner. Friday, August 16- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Saturday, August 17- Breakfast Lunch, and Dinner. Sunday, August 18- Breakfast)

  • Unlimited access to a stacked schedule of sessions, workshops, and panels that focus on the bicycle as a vehicle for exploring justice and healing.

  • A limited edition WTF Bikexplorers swag bag with goodies galore.

  • The opportunity to connect, learn from, and ride with a community of women, trans and non-binary Bikexplorers in the beautiful forested setting of Northwest Oregon with great access to biking and hiking trails and winding rivers to swim in.


Summit Walled Tent Ticket - $225

  • A walled tent ticket provides you with a bed in a shared walled tent that has onsite access to all summit activities, Vernonia Springs trails and amenities, an ADA bathroom-shower building and porta-potties at the WTF Bikexplorers Summit from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. Each walled tent sleeps 3 people with a queen bed (with linens included) and bunk bed (with two beds, no linens). We recommend everyone to bring a sleeping pad and bag, pillow, and towel. Each walled tent is equipped with lighting and power to recharge your phone or computer.

Summit Yurt Ticket - $225

  • A yurt ticket provides you with a shared space in a yurt that has onsite access to all summit activities, Vernonia Springs trails and amenities, an ADA bathroom-shower building and porta potties at the WTF Bikexplorers Summit from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. Each yurt sleeps 3 people with a queen bed (with linens included) and two twin beds (no linens). We recommend everyone to bring a sleeping pad and bag, pillow, and towel. Each yurt is equipped with a heater as well as lighting and power to recharge your phone or computer.

  • Eight meals made to your dietary preferences. (Thursday, August 15- Dinner. Friday, August 16- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Saturday, August 17- Breakfast Lunch, and Dinner. Sunday, August 18- Breakfast)

Registration Agreement

By registering for the 2019 WTF Bikexplorers you agree to the following

  • I have read the WTF Bikexplorers Guiding Principles and intend to uphold these principles during my participation at the summit to the best to my ability.

  • I have read and agree to follow the Venue Rules and Regulations

    • The venue has one central firepit. No other fires are allowed anywhere on property

    • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property without exception. This is strictly enforced due to fire danger in this forest land environment.

    • Any purchased alcohol can only be consumed within a specific area - under the large log pavilion. Due to OLCC regulations, alcohol may not be visibly consumed anywhere else on the property.

    • No animals of any kind are allowed on the property other than trained service dogs. All service dogs must be on a leash at all times and cannot roam freely. Please clean-up after your dog. No dogs are allowed in the pond or any of the yurts, buildings or tents.

    • Please no walking in flower beds (any area with bark dust).

    • Swim at your own risk. There will be no lifeguard on duty

    • No shoes are allowed in yurts (there is a sign on each door)

    • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per county noise ordinance. Folks are allowed to hang out by the fire after hours as long as noise is kept to a reasonable level
