Madison Multisport is excited to present the 2019 Women's Endurance Clinic!

Ironman Champion, Olympic Coach, Physical Therapist, PhD, Master Coach. What do all of these have in common? They all represent the speakers at this clinic!

Saturday February 23rd

7:00am-4:00pm

To keep this clinic intimate we are going to limit the particpation to 20. All abilities welcomed!

Full itinerary will be sent to all participants.

Whats Included:

  • 1 Hour Swim Session at Middleton High School Pool
  • Endurance Run with Drills, Foam Rolling, Mobility, and Strength Exercises
  • Local Coffee and Snacks Served Throughout Clinic
  • Brunch and Snacks Included
  • 5 Incredible Lectures and Practical Situations
  • Over 6 Hours of Education Presented by Trained Professionals

This cinic will feature 5 incredible women who will share their expertise in 5 different categories that surround endurance training. It's something you won't want to miss out on!

This conference will have both practical learning where the particpants will be swimming as well as running. We will then transition to lectures while enjoying local coffee and brunch.

Practical Swim Training w/ Professional Endurance Coach Cindi Bannink: Having coached Gwen Jorgensen to the 2012 London Olympics and founder of Madison Multisport, Cindi knows what it takes to coach beginners to elite level athletes. You will be in the water going through drills and workouts that you can take home and use to enhance your swim performance.

Balancing Life and Training w/ Professional Triathlete and Ironman Champion Jackie Hering: Ironman Wisconsin Champion, Professional Triathlete, Race Directer, Mother of two. Jackie knows what it takes to balance family, work, and training! Jackie will talk you through the correct ways to balance out your life and what type of training will give you the biggest bang for you buck on limited time.

Earning the Right to Run Fast and Long w/ Jennifer Klestinski PT, MPT, BCB- PMD: Jenny knows how to get it done in life and athletics. Having run 4 World Marathon Majors, Ironman Wisconsin Finisher, and founder of CoreActive Therapy; Jenny will be providing you the information on how to stay healthy and injury free through key mobility, stability and form tips!

Building the Best Cyclist Possible w/ PhD in Exercise Physiology Stacey Brickson; There are so many moving parts to cycling it can get confusing. Stacey is one of the smartest people you will meet as well as one of the strongest cyclists! Having a PhD in Exercise Physiology focused on muscle injury and inflammation makes her an expert in field. Stacey is also involved in research studies at the Human Performance Laboratory at the UW.
