Please fill out the form below to register for the 2019 Wine Media Conference to be held October 10-12, 2019 in Hunter Valley, Australia. Pricing depends on when you register and whether you qualify as Wine Media. To sign up for the Wine Media rate, you must:

  • Commit to publishing at least three blog posts about the conference (if you have a blog) and at least six times on social media for your $300 USD discount

Wine Media

  • $275 AUD + GST + Eventbrite booking fee through September 30, 2019

  • $310 AUD + GST + Eventbrite booking fee after October 1, 2019

Other Participants

  • $500 AUD + GST + Eventbrite booking fee through September 30, 2019

  • $530 AUD + GST + Eventbrite booking fee after October 1, 2019

Wine Media pay a reduced rate because our sponsors are counting on you to write about the conference, the host city, the content/speakers, and our sponsors. If you do not plan to write about the conference, please register at the Other Participants rate. For 2019, spouses/significant others can qualify for the Wine Media rate since we realize many of you will turn this into a vacation.

If you must cancel your spot, your registration and excursion fees are 50% refundable through September 10, 2019 and not refundable after that. We do not have registrations for only part of the conference and you cannot share your registration with someone else. Email sara@zephyrconferences.com to cancel and apply for a refund - we cannot give refunds through Eventbrite.

Pre-Conference Excursion - Our 2019 Pre-Conference Excursion will take place October 7 – 9 in the Granite Belt Wine Region of Queensland, with cooperation of the Queensland Wine Industry Association and Granite Belt Wine Tourism. This excursion is listed here; there will be a small charge of USD 35 (or Australian equivalent for Australian participants) for the excursion and participants are responsible for their own hotel and transportation costs.

Post-Conference Excursions - All excursions will start at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on Sunday morning, October 13th and finish at the Sydney International Airport at 2:00 PM on October 15th, most with an optional dropoff in the Sydney Central Business District (for those of you wishing to extend) at 2:45 PM. These excursions are listed here; there will be a small charge of USD 35 (or Australian equivalent for Australian participants) for the excursion and participants are responsible for their own hotel costs.

Wine Education Sessions - These sessions include wine tasting at no additional cost and require pre-registration for planning purposes. You can sign up for these at the same time that you register for the Conference. A conference registration is required to participate in these sessions.
