• Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Valid Government ID and current VCU ID will be required for entry. Current VCU students can sponsor a guest with your VCU ID as long as the guest and student bring a government-issued ID as well.

• Will there be hotel rooms available?
  

Yes, rooms will be available at a special rate of $119 per night. Guests may use the reservations web link: https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/richmond or call 1-800-THE-OMNI to make your reservations. Special Concessions: Complimentary guestroom Wi-Fi, Complimentary Shuttle Service (8am - 10pm)

• What's the refund policy?

No refunds will be given for this event.

Parking Info:

Parking facilities with pay-ticket machines are located directly across from Main Street Station. Free parking will also be available in A Lot - 1607 East Broad Street. For guest convenience, a complimentary shuttle will run from A Lot to Main Street every 30 minutes, beginning at 8 pm. Please note that free on-street parking is limited in areas surrounding Main Street Station.
