Teaching High School Economics

GRADES 9-12 | 8:00AM-4:00PM | UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, ST. PAUL CAMPUS - Ruttan Hall Room 135B

MCEE's Teaching High School Economics course is a must for any teacher new to economics or for those looking to expand their understanding of the state standards! This four-day course helps prepare teachers and builds confidence in those with little background. Providing a solid introduction to the high school MN academic standards in economics, the course will split its focus between teaching macroeconomics and microeconomics to prepare teachers for delivering high-quality lessons in a variety of economic topics.

Teachers will leave the course with not only a stronger understanding of economics but also with the tools to teach these concepts to your students.
