  • Do you wonder what it would take for you to fulfill your destiny and leave a positive legacy behind joining the likes of Bill Gates, Founder of Microsoft; Zim Ugochukwu, Founder of Travel Noire; Alice Zhang, Founder of Verge Genomics; Jeff Bezos, Founder of Amazon and Blue Origin; Warren Buffet, Chairman & CEO of Berkshire Hathaway; and others?

  • Come and be a part of a movement of inspired and inspiring young people who will work on acquiring the skills, and positive mindset and beliefs to own and design their lives, reach their “biggest dreams”, and impact the world!

  • In a fun, loving, and nurturing environment, ABL will teach you how to “SOAR and ACHIEVE™”!

ABL cordially invites motivated, adventurous, and innovative aspiring young leaders who are currently 8th graders through college sophomores to come and experience SOAR and Achieve™ for a day on the beautiful campus of the top ranked University of Southern California (USC)!

The new SOAR and Achieve™ component of the ABL Opportunity Incubator™ utilizes proven training modules from the unique, life-changing, and award-winning program, the Summer Business and Leadership Institute (SBLI) of the year-round Business and Leadership Institute (BLI).

SBLI has been held on 8 college campuses. In collaboration with the USC Marshall Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and the USC Blackstone LaunchPad Accelerator, ABL is proud to launch a one-of-a-kind incubator to help youth create businesses and bring to market their innovative ideas, products, and business concepts. The ABL Opportunity Incubator™ is comprised of two components: The six-month long SOAR and Achieve™ and the six-month to one-year long LAUNCH programs.

On November 17, 2018, ABL held its first EVER "Got Big Dreams?" seminar at USC to a sold out room. ABL could not accommodate all interested students. Many were put on the waitlist. We expect the second one to sell out as well!! Therefore, we recommend that students sign up early!! Some of what the seminar participants have said about their recent daylong experience:

"I feel completely transformed and in just one day!..."

"I feel like I have received a brain transplant..."

"I feel inspired, and empowered! I now know I can create the life of my dreams..."

"I don't have the words to describe how I feel!... I'm just blown away!... I didn't expect this!..."

"To think I almost didn't come thinking it was all about business! It was about that and so much more!... I learned that business covers all areas and fields: from law to medicine to science, and the arts..."

The one-day training to be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at USC is designed to give participants a taste of the SOAR and Achieve™ program, and to inspire youth to DREAM BIG to achieve their wildest dreams in all fields!! The one-day seminar is FREE of charge.

There are limited spots that are available on a first-come, first-served basis; lunch and snacks to be provided by ABL. THERE WILL ALSO BE SCHOLARSHIP DRAWINGS AND PRIZES!!

According to a study titled What Youth Want released by the International Youth Foundation and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, on August 12, 2015, one in two people -- half of the world’s population -- is under the age of 30 today. The study highlights that among other things, youth want to take charge of their lives. They want to be able to start their own businesses, to receive the appropriate “training, access to capital, and much lower barriers to business start-up, and to create new jobs in their economies”. They also would like to “receive an education that prepares them for the real world, and to lead safe and secure lives” while they contribute to their communities and countries.

Over the past 20 years, ABL has been helping thousands of youth achieve their seemingly impossible dreams. At ABL, our vision is “to inspire and empower youth to achieve their wildest dreams in all fields, and become the future transformational CEOs, entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and civic leaders of America and the world. At ABL, we believe that the best way to guarantee a bright future for our country and world is to train our youth – an untapped resource -- to own their future and design their lives so that they may lead happy and fulfilled lives, pay it forward starting now, and leave a positive legacy for the long-term sustainability of America and the world.”

Most immediately, the rigorous academic and experiential ABL programs and trainings give our participants a competitive edge in the college application process, and in their quest to land their first jobs and/or internships.

In the first phase of the ABL Opportunity Incubator™, students will participate in the six-month long SOAR and Achieve™ program component that will start in March of 2019.

Throughout the SOAR and Achieve™ and LAUNCH program components, participating ABL students will be taught by MBA instructors and college professors from USC and elsewhere. The SOAR and Achieve™ program encompasses 120 hours of in-person training (on Saturdays) and virtual instruction (after school), and up to 15 hours of additional support. At the culmination of SOAR and Achieve™, students end up writing and pitching their business plans for real start-up enterprises. They also compete in front of a panel of venture capitalists and executive judges (in August of 2019). Moreover, in the SOAR and Achieve™ program, participating students will be mentored by the ABL Tom O'Malia Fellows of the USC Sigma Eta Pi Entrepreneurship Society.

After the successful completion of the SOAR and Achieve™ program, based on their readiness, the quality of their work, and the results at the competitions in August, ABL scholars can be invited to participate in the new six- month to one-year long ABL LAUNCH program of the ABL Opportunity Incubator™ that will start in November of 2019. In collaboration with the USC Blackstone LaunchPad Accelerator, the LAUNCH program will help students raise capital, and bring to life their start-up ventures while being mentored by industry experts.

For additional information on how to apply to the SOAR and Achieve™ program of the ABL Opportunity Incubator™, please contact ABL at (562) 800-0331 or email us at

The vision of ABL is to “build sustainable leaders who have the inner and outer resources and tools to achieve their wildest dreams, and find inner peace, happiness, and fulfillment in their lives while they pay it forward as prosperous leaders who leave a positive legacy behind.™” The ABL Programs give the ABL Scholars a 10-20 Year Head Start™. They incorporate a framework and systems for success, including never seeing money as an obstacle, developed by Anna Ouroumian that she has applied to her life to get herself out of orphanages in war-torn Lebanon and come to the US alone as a young teen with $160, and to surmount incredible odds, succeed, and pay it forward.

Under Anna Ouroumian’s leadership, since 1998, over 122,000 students have attended ABL’s workshops and presentations, and over 3,400 scholars from over 572 schools, 167 school districts, and 18 countries have graduated from SBLI. Collectively, SBLI scholars have received over 775,000 hours of instruction on 8 college campuses from senior executives with MBAs at a value of $150 million which comes to about $44,000 value per scholar! This does not include the value brought by our dedicated college professors and administrators, ABL support staff, and thousands of our active friends and executive volunteers.

We are proud of our results: A 2013 survey of ABLI alumni since 2006 revealed that 100% of them graduated from high school, and 99.9% of them were attending colleges and universities nationwide, including elite ones such as Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, Georgetown, George Washington, Harvard, Stanford, UCLA, USC, West Point, and Yale. In addition, 90% of our alumni graduate from college, more than twice the national average graduation rate of 40% for all students.

At ABL, we believe lack of money should never stop talented and driven young people from achieving their biggest dreams! All of our programs are formulated and created with that philosophy in mind. In addition, our programs are subsidized to make them affordable to all students. We provide up to 99% need based scholarships. For all scholarship recipients, the expectation is that they agree to pay it forward for another kid through capital raising. Our goal is to teach our scholars to never see money as an obstacle, and to taste what it is like to be a philanthropist now™ while they overcome their subconscious disempowering beliefs, and while they learn valuable, marketable, and transferable skills, such as sales, marketing, branding, presentation, persuasion, project management, and organization skills.

ABL is happy and eager to help you if you are willing to help yourself! We hope you will join us on this exciting adventure to help YOU acquire the tools, skills, and mindset to realize your biggest dreams!
