Looking to buy in SF?

  • Get information about affordable homeownership opportunities including Below Market Rate homes
  • Learn about city, state, and federal down payment assistance programs.
  • Find out about new SF developments, and join a bus tour to visit them.

 

Need Affordable Rental Housing? Need help with landlord issues? Facing Eviction?

  • Learn about affordable rental programs.
  • Understand your rights as a tenant.
  • Connect with legal resources and eviction prevention services.

 

Having trouble with your mortgage payments?

  • Receive coaching from a HUD certified housing counselor.
  • Apply for programs that help reduce your mortgage payment or bring your delinquent account current.  
  • Speak face to face with mortgage lenders. Bring your loan documents and speak with representatives from loan servicers. Confirmed lenders at the moment are: Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Mr. Cooper.

Are you a San Francisco tenant at risk of being evicted? Need help dealing with your landlord? This workshop will discuss your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and the new “Right to Council” legislation.

 

 Getting There

 

 

Walking Directions from BART: 

  • Exit Balboa station and walk over the freeway up Ocean Ave.
  • Turn RIGHT on Frida Kahlo Way.

 Other Public Transit Options:

  • The Housing Expo is accessible by the following MUNI routes: K, 8, 8X, 29, 43, 49, and 54

Driving Directions:

  • From Ocean Ave., turn RIGHT on Frida Kahlo Way.
  • On your LEFT, you will see a large, new building. this is the Multi Use Building (MUB).
  • Just past the MUB, pull into the "Upper Reservoir Lot Student Parking" entrance (turn LEFT at the lights and keep RIGHT to stay in the student lot). 
  • Purchase a $3 parking permit from one of the Kiosks. Park in one of the student spaces.
