Learn more about RISE@APL—Research Internships in Science and Engineering at the Applied Physics Laboratory—at this poster and information session. Previous RISE@APL scholars will present their experiences and research projects at APL.
Johns Hopkins engineers from APL and the Whiting School of Engineering will be available to answer questions about the application and selection process for the RISE@APL program.
Following the formal program, there will be a RISE@APL poster session and open networking reception for current students, APL mentors, and Hopkins engineering alumni.
The Whiting School of Engineering and Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory launched RISE@APL in 2014 to provide Johns Hopkins students with the opportunity to conduct research at APL. The program is open to highly qualified undergraduate and graduate students in the Whiting School of Engineering and Krieger School of Arts and Sciences.
