Overview

Students, families, and friends are invited to the annual RI Financial Literacy and Economics Awards Ceremony and Celebration on Friday April 26, 2019 from 3:30 - 6:00 pm in the House Chamber at the Rhode Island State House.

Join RI General Treasurer Seth Magaziner, Honorable U.S. Senator Jack Reed, policy leaders, and industry executives for this recognition and networking forum.

Parking will available in the lower lot adjacent the State House (on the corner of Smith and State/Gaspee, entrance on Smith Street). The gate to this lot, which is reserved for members of the legislature and staff, will be open since the General Assembly will not be in session.

All attendees will enter the State House through the main entrance on Smith Street, and be screened for security purposes by the Capitol Police.

Program Schedule

3:30-4:00 pm Informal "Meet and Greet" including group photo at 3:45 pm with the Treasurer on the 1st floor foyer just outside the Bell Room.

4:00-4:05 pm Dr. Margaret Brooks, President, RI Jump$tart and RI Council for Economic Education
